My printer has become manual in operation?

My printer cannot do multiple printing jobs anymore and I have to turn it off and on again before it can do its job. Otherwise, it will generate an error page. What should I do to maximize its use? thanks.

1. Check your settings on the pc, make sure particularly that the page size is correct. Other than that it is likely to be a fault with the printer itself.
2. I have one at the office which behaves in such an inconvenient fashion. I find if I queue up all my print jobs, unplug (and plug back in) the printer and restart the computer it will print all the jobs straight through.
