Is it right for illegals to take and use SS#'s belonging to Americans only if it is for a better life and morally what is an illegals postition on stealing someone aother's id and causing them undue hardship ? Local police and prosecutors cannot deport illegal immigrants they arrest.Bien, a wife and mother, is completing her student teaching, but had to delay her credentialing when she applied for a new Social Security number. She's lost sleep, and she worries that even more people are using her identity. Many victims don't learn of the crime until their credit score drops or a loan is denied. 1. No. It's illegal for anyone to do that. It's called identity theft. That's not the same as stealing a loaf of bread to feed your starving children.

6. of course its not right but i just read Wesley Snipes-an American Citizen- is going to jail for 3 yrs because he didnt file taxes for 3 yrs n robbed the gvmt of something like 2 million dollars. i dont think thats right either nor do i believe any tax evasion is right. However i feel u r just pointing out the illegal activity of ppl who dont even know how to fill out a W-2 or the consequences, but how about the millions of ppl who try to screw the gvmt yearly also. it goes both ways here sweetie sorry :(
