What is a good part time tech job online I can find.?

It can be web devl. soft.devl or even excel, powerpoint. I see so many scams online that are trying to do this but it will be great to know which ones are real. Help please.....I need the extra cash. expecting twins in a couple of month and my wife is planning to stay home.
