Why are so many of the salary paying entry level jobs hard to find?

- People hire from within. Such as they hire hourly employees as an entry level salary employee. Otherwise, they hire people who someone knows. They might not advertise they are hiring, just on their website or something so most of the applicants end up being someone somebody knows. This is why in college they always say education isn't enough, you have to learn how to network. Or as it's better said, "It's not what you know, it's who you know!"
