Can I claim mileage if I drive a horse and cart to my local jobs?

I clean homes, do yard work and other misc. work around my small town. The horse and cart still require maintainance (feed, tires for cart, harness parts that wear out, foot care, vaccines, etc., etc.)

1. yes you claim this as a business expense.. feed care cleaing the vet.. tires grease.. maintenance. insurance.. all this is a exmence asciated with doing your job.
