How do you find jobs in BC that will pay you to move there?

I want to get out of my small town and move to BC...but cash is low. I have heard that there are a lot of businesses out there that will pay you to travel to BC to work for them. However, how do you find these jobs? Please help...BC is my dream, perhaps where my career will finally start!

1. Just google "jobs in B.C" or "jobs in British Columbia" and see what comes up and so you know most jobs taht will pay you to move there are in Northeren B.C because they cannot get people to go there.

The only jobs that will pay for relocation are companies where you already work, if you are going for a hard-to-fill management position, or industrial companies that have a hard time finding employees, which are usually in the extremely remote areas. But if you're willing to work way out there, you might have some luck.
