IT engg searching 4 a job in call centre how do i convince them 2 hire me?

I want 2 work in a cal center 4 one year coz i wan2 prepare 4 my MTech entrance exam(GATE) How do i convince them so they hire me? I cant obviously tel dem tht m planin 2 leav their company aftr 1 year. They r nt hiring me coz they r thinkin th ti might leav their compny wen i get a job in an IT comp bt thts nt d case il work der at least 4 a year!! I hav given interviews n told dem tht m nt interestd in technical jobs n so wan2 join a calcentr bt cudnt convince them so much. Plz giv a detailed answer. P.S. Dnt giv me suggestions tht dnt join a cal cntr n al tht :@ i dnt want tht

1. i had to face the same but i got thru the interview u have to be super good in communication tell them u are not good in programming and also u have a flair for talking with people ie u have good talking skills and also tell them being in a call center and rising to the top ranks is ur dream for a long time
2. u will perhaps not like my answer bt Gate is not a simple exam. i dont think that u can do job in a call center and at the same time u can prepare gate. gate requires a lot of time and hard work. i think u should concenterete on gate only.
