How can a 15 year old write a curriculum vitae?

i'm applying for a summer volunteer position and it requires a curriculum vitae or resume, but i really don't know what to include because i have no work experience or research experience. neither have i ever been published. i really don't know what is relevant to write at my age, other than about my grades (not even sure is that's okay). i do community service but i don't even think that's relevant. can i write about a science project i did in 8th grade? ahh, any suggestions are appreciated!
