Any good job search sites or known places hiring?

My father is an Electrician and has owned his own general contracting business for 20 years. He is very experienced, and is looking for a well paying job (preferably outside of the United States), but is having trouble locating some. Anyone know good places hiring or good job search sites?

1. Have you tried Craigslist?
2. He can put his resume up on Monster.Com or CareerBuilders.com and Jobing.com. My husband has his resume on those sites too. :-) Employers will hunt for potentials on those sites and have Recruiters call you to set up interviews etc. Good luck to your dad. :-)
