I interviewed for a job last week and yesterday I sent an email to find when they will be making their decisio?

and here was their response to my email: " Dear Mr Jones. We will be sending out the notice hopefully next week. Have a happy easter ".........Only 3 us interviewed for the job and they will be selecting one of us. Now, from their email response does it mean that I am still under consideration? If I were rejected would they have told me right away? Its hard to assess anything from the tone of the email.
