How do I get work search for the jobs I applied for?

Unemployment wants me to fax them work search papers from the jobs ive applyed to but I don't have any. They are saying I'm going to have to pay back about 6000 dollars if I don't give them any. A lot of the jobs I've applied for was online. 3 minutes ago - 4 days left to answer.

1. if you applied using a site such as monster, they save your apply history (you have to be logged in for that). you can print that out.
