Is there a job search engine that shows listings for telecommuting drafting positions available in the U.S.?

My Dad is looking for a drafting position that would allow him to work from home on his computer. I'm helping him look, and welcome as much input on this as I can get. Thanks.

1. I've never seen or heard of any firm that does that. I suppose it would be possible if your Dad was hired and worked at the company (in person) for a few years. MAYBE then his manager would allow him to do PART of his work from home.
