Where are some good places to search for jobs and tips on getting a good job?

I graduated from college a little over a year ago and since have been working at a crap job and really need to find something. I've had a few interviews and applied at a few places, but no luck! any advice would be appreciated! I plan on making my new hobby and past time searching for a job!
