Good banks with multiple branches in Canada?

Due to work, I'm moving from the US to Ontario, Canada. I'll probably be there from 1 to 3 years or maybe more (depending on various factors). I highly doubt there is a Bank of America up there. I'm so use to having a BoA on every corner to me. Now, I have to find a bank that has multiple branches like BoA. I find comfort in the fact that I can walk into my bank to handle disputes and deposit funds in any major city and in any state. Yeah, I'm old school, but that's how I roll. Can anyone recommend me a good highly well known Canadian bank with multiple chains? Before anyone post "Google it" or "Ask your job for info", I have. No one in the office knows anyone in Canada or what's up there. As for the google research, I want personal experiences on which well known banks you found very professional and have the best rates and such.

1. Royal Bank of Canada, TD Canada Trust and possibly Bank of Montreal will have the most branches and ABM's. If you know your address in Canada, you can go to each website and check the branch or ABM locator to find who has the most.
