How do i find jobs that offer 6 weeks work and 2 weeks off in the labour sector in Alberta?

How can i find camps that offer this? My husband wants to go away and work 6 weeks and come home for 2. We can't find any jobs like this but i know they are out there. We live in Nova Scotia and would like to find this type of job in alberta. Thank You!

1. Aren't you worried about getting "Delusional Calgaria"? lol That's what we're getting from Nova Scotia here in Alberta. My entire family has been in the oilfield pretty much all my life, and I can honestly say as I have never heard of a job that has you in camp 6 weeks and then off for 2. The standard is 2 weeks in, 1 week off. What many guys do from out of province is stay in on their week off, so they work 5 weeks on and 1 week off. If there is a company that offers what you're asking about, I've never heard of them. I'm not even sure where you would begin looking for that. Sorry.
