where i can search list of jobs in New Zealand, Australia, Canada and UK who accepts Filipino workers?

My husband wants to work in the 4 above mention countries but dont know where to start. He is a experineced driver, mechanic and a licensed Agriculturist.We have search different job sites but seems Filipinos are not given the opportunity. There are also some send e-mails but we found out that it was a scam.

1. These countries do not discriminate against your nationality only against the type of job you are looking for. Australia for one does not accept workers in any of those careers. We can find people in-house to work in those areas. You need to be skilled in an area of need to get into Australia - none of the qualifications you listed are needed - so Australia is out for you (as I expect NZ and the UK as well).
