Found a Job Online Should I Approach The Manager?

Hi, i found a job online and applied for the job online. Do you people think it's a great idea to go talk to the manager about the job i saw online? Thanks.

I would think so put yourself out there. let him/her know that your interested in the position start of by first introducing yourself then let him/her know that you submitted a app on line and your doing a following up on the opening. tell him/her your very interested in the job try to sell yourself but not to much. good luck
