What kind of job can I do that deals with Search and Rescue?

I am wondering what kind of job I can do that deals with Search and Rescue. Now I have already looked into the Coast Guard, but I am disqualified because I have IBS. If someone could give me some names of some jobs that include Search and Rescue, I would really appreciate it.

1. By "job", I assume that you are looking for something that pays. The military would be the only place where you handle search and rescue and get paid. There are plenty of volunteer options, like Civil Air Patrol, but, as far as I know, nothing outside the military will hand you a paycheck.
