Jobs for younger teens?

I live in Maine and cannot for the life of me find a job. I need to be employed so that I can pay for driver's ed and my drum corps tuition next summer. I am fifteen, and all the places I've looked at are only hiring teens 16 or older. Any help here?

1. I do online surveys, despite what anyone says, actually DO work. It's not that difficult to get to over $100-200 per month quickly, and potentially quite a bit more than that if you're patient and stick with it. The key is sign up for a lot of free sites (ONLY free ones) to maximize your offers. I wrote about some of the ones I use on my blog in the source link if you're interested...good luck! :)
