Is it possible to get my own "work record" somewhere?

I am applying for jobs now that I am graduating from college. I can't remember the exact dates of jobs I've held in the past, hourly wage etc. Is there anywhere I can find this information? A few of the places are no longer in business or have been bought out by other companies. I fear that prospective employers will somehow look into this information and I will have it wrong on my appilcation and will not get selected for even an interview. Help.

1. Employers can't figure out the exact dates you worked at a place that is out of business, so just use your best guess. For the places that are still in business, try calling them to see if they can tell you.
