how to search for I.T jobs?

hi i just qualified as MCSE, but i cant apply for any jobs because of my student visa .. i agree with the recession that most companies are mobilizing their staffs .. when i do a search online, i do find good ones at least for a start, but they are all full time... i asked the college about how to go and meet managers in companies and market myself .. but the problem is am timid in these stuffs and i dunno how to properly discuss such thgs with managers .. if i do go , the 1st thg they will take my cv n put away or they will simply say there is no jobs for the mmt,... can any1 help me on that .. especially , teach me how to convince managers to accept me for interviews n get jobs.. after i have studied ,, i cant keep on depending on my parents at this age.. i do want to help them , but fr the mmt i am helpless.. i am planning to do my degree for next year then after wards masters if possible.. but i hardly have money myself to pay for a college.. i even lost a gf just coz i havent got money to share or support her making her ma wife.. she had everythg , but at that time i didnt even have a part time job ... i had been working by agencies [which could put me out any time ]... this was the main reason why we had to stop... n i have no degree ... i wish i could meet sm1 n support n be helpful to my close ones .. i wish to have really great friends whom do keep in touch i ask god why am i facing such problems, or even ask for a better life but no answer.. i really wanna be positive in life..... have a job, do thgs properly, save money, enjoy life, be responsible .. wat i saw in my ex besides shehad everythg is just herself, i didnt care abt anythg although i knew we wont be together i can sa foro every single mmt even b4 getting married althhough we had fights, she contacted me sayg parents forcing her to marry.. i dunno 4 wat reason, but perhaps she wanted me to propose her .. i did want to, but thking of my situation n knew she wouldnt be happy, i gave up, even now although i stopped her frm contacting asshe is married, i do thk of her .. i do wantt o forget her but i cant .. now watever happens its just anger between us.. i only to her to look after her marriage life and forget me.. of coz i wanted he to be happy .. but just coz of that wat i said she blames n get angry at me.. i cant accept now as 1. she is married. 2. i respect her family. 3. if i do it will always be virtual, even rarely, but i dont want that bcoz when i knew her for 2yrs we hardly met like a bf-gf.. we never dated, never had sm god mmts like cuddles, or kisses.. i do want somethg bettter bu i know also i will never lover other gals the way i did 4 her .. 1 thg i know is she felt safe and very comfortable virtually withme

1. So, what's your question? I blame CBT... they'll give MCSE's to anyone with an internet connection from the look of it! Fix that shift key on your keyboard and then re-write your CV using it, maybe you'll be taken a little more seriously by IT agents then. As for the rest of it? Maybe a seperate post???
2. You have asked the same question twice - so shall we just answer it once here? The first and major problem you have, is that you are a non-EU national. Any UK employer will recognise you as a potential Highly Skilled Migrant at present, but to apply for that status you need to be: - Outside the UK at time of application - Have a skill listed in the HSMP programme, which I would doubt - Be applying for a job with an approved employer in an approved job - Have a minimum of three years post-graduate experience You also as a student visa holder agreed to exit the UK 3months after the end of your course. Err - woops! The good news is that having studied in the UK, if you did come in on the HSMP you would get 30/50 extra points. If you can sort out your extensive personal problems, and if she is a UK passport holder, then getting married if you really want to work in the UK - you have to wait 6months after marriage before being allowed to work, and no state benefits for three years - seems like the quickest option.
