If I work two full time jobs for a year, do I have two years of experience or 1?

I am currently in a search for a new job. I am in the marketing field and worked 2 full time jobs and 3 part time jobs(10hr, 15hr, 15hrs) last year, is this only considered 1 year of work or more. I still have 4 of the jobs, the 5th was only a 6 month job.

1. 2 full time jobs means about 16 hours a day averaging 80 hours per week. If you then add the other 40 hours from the 3 part time jobs it makes 120 hours a week or 480 hours a month. (5760 hours a year) If you truly managed to keep this up for a year and can prove it, then if you said you have 2 years experience I don't think it can be considered a lie as that's about 3 year's worth in real life. But I don't know anyone that can do 5760 hours of work in a year.
