How to juggle the job search and offers?

I am fresh out of college and applying to jobs. I am going on an interview in a few days and have already been pointed out that I would be a strong candidate. The location is far and the commute will be horrendous and there will probably be times when the train will screw me over and leave me stranded. The other jobs I am applying to are a bit closer to the city and they won't be holding interview until the week after next. If by some chance, I get offered a job from this interview a few days from now, should I take it? And if I take it and 2 weeks later get offered a job closer to my house- what should I do? All the places I've applied have similar salaries and benefits.

1. You know, if you think there would be a new job opportunity 2 weeks after, then try to wait for it. Or, go for the interview but don't commit yet.
