How to split a file to fit onto multiple 4gb DVDs?

Now i have a folder tht in total is about 10gb, im trying split the folder into parts so i can fit it onto multiple DVDs that have a capacity of 4gb each. I know i can use winrar to do the job but i dont know how to do it. So if anyone can describe the steps, step by step to archive the folder that would be great. if you have ideas on how to split the folder onto multiple DVDs thats would be awesome!

1. 1. Go to WinRAR 2. Select your folder(s) 3. click Add button 4. On the General tab click Split to volume, bytes and select DVD+R: 4481 mb 4'. If there is no such entry, then just type: 4613734400 5. Click Ok button
