Is it possible to get jobs in HR without any work experience..I have done my PG in hospitality management.?

I have done my Post graduate in hospitality management, London. even I have done hotel management 3yr degree course from Mumbai .Currently working as Executive Secretary to MD of the hotel in Mumbai. I had subject related to HR in my college. If so how much will be the starting package. As I have 3 years of Work experience in Hospitality field.

1. If you have a degree - or any extra qualification - then you'll already be in front of of the masses when it comes to looking for vocations.
