When do you predict the economy will get better and quality jobs will be easier to find?

It seems that Jobs are very hard to find these days. Why is this the case? What do you believe has caused this to happen? What are the best things to do when looking for a job?

1. The Economy should BEGIN to get noticeably Better- by the Christmas Holidays... And Quality (paying) Jobs should begin to be easier to find- by next Spring... So hang in there ! :)
2. The unemployment rate has been slow to recover after recessions in recent decades.
