Im an IT System Admin, eagerly searching 4 a Job in USA? whts the best way/approach to get H1B Visa, confused!?

I am from INDIA and looking for an opprtunity to work in USA, having an experience of around 2 and half years in IT Sytem administration. Please suggest me the best way to approach the H1B Sponsors/IT Consultants, where can I find genuine Sponsors/Consultants. List of Consultansts I can apporach.. I am badly looking for this. Please help me by providing detailed information, that will be a lot appreciated. Thnak u in advance..

1. Job seeking can be a tough task in itself, especially if you're not used to it. I was struggling with my job seeking over the past few weeks until I discovered the site in the box below website which has some really awesome instruction for job seekers. 2. IT departments here in the states, are laying people off & not hiring. Doubtful you will find anything till the economy & job markets pickup. When I am looking for an IT job, I use DICE. Go there & see any there is anyone sponsoring H1B visa's. I am a mainframe pgmr/analyst.
