What jobs can you get with out providing your social security number?

I'm and wanted to get a job, but my dad is disabled and every month they send me a $200 check but I never get to see that money becuase it goes to bills and other things. My mom said that i had to wait to get a job until I was 18 and if I did sooner, they would take that money away. So I was wondering what jobs are there that don't need your social?

  1. Only illegal ones. Employers are required by law to withhold taxes, Social Security, and Medicare from their employees. In order for them to do this, they are required to have the employee's SSN. If someone hires you without having your number, that means they're not withholding the proper taxes, which means they're breaking the law.
  2. find a copy of Corporate Systems vs. EEOC , this is in Dallas Texas Archives US Supreme Court Northern District 1982-5 Taco Bell , they lost a case and now the employment app. SS# is optional There are many cases about this even the IRS handbook 1985 agrees If you can find it the Social Security Act of 1935 is very enlightening you just gotta do your Research and verify it
  3. If that $200 is spent on your clothes and your school supplies and meals for you...then it's ok..it is illegal to take your money and spend it for just bills.you do not make all those bills only your share...That money is for YOU...not for them to spend..you can put the amount not spent in the bank under your name...and save it. There are NO legal jobs that don't require your ss#. Unless you mow yards, walk dogs, clean or paint houses
  4. Texasirishrose's response is right on. That $200 check is strictly for your benefit, and not used to pay other people's bills!
  5. Well I had a similar problem. However in my case I am disabled and cannot find a job outside of my home. I spent months looking for a work at home job. I did manage to find one job, however I only make about $2000 a month. Maybe your luck is better with it? I got some success from it so I thought I would just share my blessings. http://www.recessioncare.com/?p=104
