Are there any legitimate job search sites online?

Are there ANY legitimate job search sites online? Ones that I have tried (Craigslist, Monster, Careerbuilder) have more spam ads than anything else. Our local paper has quit advertising help wanted ads in their paper and have started using Yahoo Hotjobs. Yahoo Hotjobs is as bad as the places mentioned above. Are there ANY legitimate sites online to search for real, legitimate jobs?

1. Hmmm ... I've looked at all those sites, and they are perfectly valid. I mean, all sites (except maybe for craigslist) have ads ... just don't click on them. "Spam" jobs are fairly obvious -- just ignore anything that says 'survey' or 'work from home' coz those are BS. You have to put some thought into the process in order to see good informaton. For example, I just went to Monster ... on the main page, in the little "standard search" box near the top I typed in "nurse" where it says 'type in keywords' and in the next box (location) I typed in CA for California and clicked the 'search' button ... it coughed up over 900 job listings in about 2 seconds. I also did a similar search in HotJobs ... nurse in California. Loads of perfectly valid job listings. What is the difficulty you're having? Can you explain what you are expecting to see, and how that is different from what you are actually seeing? Hope this helps ...
