is it harder for some people to get jobs more than other people?

and why is that? i mean what if both ppl got a high school diploma, one had 3 jobs other had 4 jobs, one maybe more attractive other may not be as attractive, one is spoken more other is shy, are these all factors of a job search and good results?

4. It's hard for me to get a job because I'm in a constant state of panic.
5. I've not had a lot of luck with jobs. I think maybe it's because I am inexprienced.
