How to get a job designing barbie clothes?

I heard that you can get a job designing barbie clothes with a starting pay of 60,000 a year. I really would love to try and get a job like that. Anyone know how I go about getting it? I searched mattel.com/careers and could find no job listings, or any job related to designing barbies. thank you for your help!

2. Well 1st you would need a lot of training and qualfication...Barbie/Mattel is a very big company and wouldn't just hire nobodys. Probs they want a fashion designer or stylists who can draw rough sketches and can express their idea of the outfit clearly. Why not visit the home basae company and give in your resume. They might not give you the job at first, but you can climb up the ladder! hehe :P
3. First if you want to do toy clothes you have to design actual clothes. Then when your skilled you can apply to work with MATTEL, but you won't always work as Barbies. You might have to do other toys until you can do barbies. So it takes lots of training to do barbies...
