Im thinkning of moving from california to colorado?
Does anyone have any advice? I'm on a budget so what are some cheap cities? I want a place where it snows, but not too much. Also for it to be close to denver. What are the pros and cons of colorado?

- uh you have 2 questions about the same thing in the same category but both say two different things. Make up your mind!
- May I suggest you look it up on the internet. I don't think there are any areas that don't have allot of snow in the winter. Colorado is a snow-bunnies paradise. California is known for sunshine and warmth, Colorado is known for being green and cold.
- Lakewood is a good city or green mountain. I live in lakewood myself... ive lived here my whole live. it's not too pricey. arvada can be ok. dont live on the east side of sheridan stay on the west side.
- The culture and people in Colorado are very similar to that of California. As far as climate, well that depends on if you are in the mountains, the front range or the prarie. If you want to be close to a city, then Denver or Boulder area is your best bet. You will get snow in the winter no matter where you are in Colorado, but of course more in the moutnains. Considering you are on a budget, I would stay clear of living in Boulder, but the outskirts aren't too pricey. If you want to be just outside of Boulder in a nice area, I would suggest Louisville, Bloomfield or Westminster. I lived in Louisville for a year and loved it! It is only 10 minutes from Boulder and the community is great. It was yahoo's number 1 place to live in America! The views of the mountains are spectacular and the people are very nice and chill.
