What skills should I put in CV applying for customer service?

I'm applying as a customer service representative (online). What skills should I put in my curriculum vitae? and, uhmm, is it okay to put 'instant messaging' in it? or is it informal?

  2. Think about what the job entails and if you've got skills that are relevent, put them in. I'd be looking at thinks like: - able to quickly strike up a rapport with people - I don't get easily flustered - can cope with pressure and targets - enjoy helping people and giving good service - excellent telephone manner (if also handling voice queries) - good IT skills - good fast typing skills (or touch typing) If you have a good knowledge of the product(s) for which you'd be a customer service rep, say that too.
