How do you find good paying online jobs?

I'm trying to find a great online job do anyone know what website to find them at besides hotjobs,careerbuilder,and monster?

1. You can't they are all scams
2. The good jobs have almost all gone away. The U.S. imports all the goods while the foreign countries import our jobs. We are all losing.

4. It is difficult to find really good one.. The best way to do that is to ask people around you. Not people online.
