What is the difference between resume & curriculum vitae?
Public Comments
- Both are same, resume is in informal language and CV is in formal language.
- it is the fashion of the day. bio-data / resume / CV call it by any name it is trash and stinks. any HRD will vouch for it.
- A resumé and a curriculum vitae are the same thing. Americans (except academics) seem to prefer "resumé" and seem to mainly ignore the accented "e" (which I find extremely annoying).
