This question is for recruiters, employers, hiring managers, etc.... I'm in the process of launching a no frills online job board for lack of better words. I'm still working on my pricing structure as I want to target small to mid-size companies that have lower recruiting budgets. 1. why keep it only as a hobby when that's what your interested in more? hypocritical because if that's what I enjoy doing the most and I don't do that as a job then how is that enjoying my job?
