Where do Beijing local residents (Chinese, not expats) go to search for jobs?

I have a job opening and I am looking to hire a Chinese professional. The only local classified ad page I know of is www.thebeijinger.com, however that is mostly used by expats. My ad will be in English, however I can read some Chinese and will be able to navigate a Chinese website.

3. hi, a very popular site on the web is www.51job.com that site comes in English and Chinese and has thousands of people visiting the site on a daily basis. you pay rmb 400 per month to place adds on it. that allows you also to look through CV's that have been posted . i use it myself and have hired a couple of people through that site. another one would be http://english.meijob.com/ ..... give it a try.
