What's online job search sites are known to produce jobs or even interviews?

I've frequented many sites and submitted MANY resumes with little to no returns. I'm a Project Coordinator with 2 years experience willing to settle for Data Entry Clerk while I finish school. The job market is hard I know but I also know someone know something more than I do.

2. Well I don't have personal experience of them but Monster is an obvious one that springs to mind. Some good reviews, but also some bad ones.
3. http://www.usajobs.opm.gov That is the site for office of personnel management for federal jobs. Many federal jobs are opening because of retirements.
4. I'm having same problem i submitted many resumes, with no returns. I'm Account Coordinator with 5yrs exp. and still nothing not even Data Entry Job.
