Does anyone know any websites for job listings on animes?

i need some sites for job listings for voice over on animes because i want to do voice over and so far i cant find any people that do animes in english that are hiring people.

2. Like everything else in this economy, anime in the United States is suffering as well. Most studios aren't hiring new staff. Voice actors typically start out acting in bit parts for free to get their name out their and form a relationship with directors and other people who can recommend there. VOICE ACTING DOES NOT PAY WELL. Even the huge names in voice acting do not typically make a livable wage. Your best bet is to go to an anime convention. A smaller one that has voice actors who run panels. During the panel question them as to how they got into voice acting and how they would suggest people do so. There are sometimes even voice acting panels that you can attend. Like everything else in show business, it is a matter of getting your name and your voice out there. Don't expect big things at first but if you work hard (and smart) then you might succeed.
