Where can I find job listings for cruise ships?

I've looked all over and I can't find cruise ship job listings that are legit. It's always pay first and ask questions later. Which is dumb because I shouldn't have to pay for a job listing. And has anyone ever worked on a cruise ship before? Did you like it? What was it like? I'm from Seattle, WA by the way.
