Beside's Craig's List, where's a good place to find a driver with car for 300 mile trip with1 passenger?

This would be to transport 1 adult, round trip, 150 miles each way, with 3 hour layover / wait time in the middle. Buses do not go to this destination. Taxi's and car service are prohibitively expensive and in very short supply in this area. Need a private citizen or other with a car and willingness to spend 5 hours driving with a 3 hour wait in the middle. Have already looked at Craig's List and there are no listings for this area (small town). Besides local classifieds in a newspaper that is almost dead / defunct, where else might a driver with car be recruited for an easy 1 day job?

do you have a nearby college? many have travel boards where students post trips - you might be able to find someone who wants to travel home for a day ...
if you are in the nyc area, i would be willing to do this job..i have a van if you need to transport any bulk items or a car if only a ride is needed
if i may ask...whats your destination route. If its not too far from me, i love a good road trip and have looked into doing this before as a side job. i am trustworthy, dependable and a conscientious, christian people-person. References available, and required!
