Shall I search for jobs which are posted within 30 days or lesser?

I am looking for job in SAP HR. I use Dice.com. I was wondering if I should search for jobs posted within 30 days or lesser. I don't want to apply for the expired jobs. The older jobs might look okay but don't know if they are still up or not. Please advise.
