I am looking jobs in out of india,but every consultancy asking medical certificate and money,is it true?

I am looking jobs in out of india,but some consultancy infoming me you have been selected for U.K hotel and you have to send medical certificate with cash to our office address.

2. I find it amazing that you want to leave India for work abroad when most of the good paying jobs around the world have been shipped to India. Maybe I am misunderstanding your question.
