How does your GPA affect your job search and job pay in the field of psychology?

I just started college, and i am wondering if my GPA will affect my chances of getting a job? and good salary? in the field of psychology. 1. If your worried about finding a job in psych, you most likely want to look into going to grad school. There isn't much in the Field without at least a masters.... which means yes your gpa matters
