Do some professional translators also help people with job search in a foreign language?

I heard that some translators offer such opportunity and was so surprised by it that I had to look for more sources to confirm it. I wonder, will they search for a suitable job through job-search sites for their client, who has set special requests concerning their potential work place. I believe only students use such service for some simple job where language is definitely not a vital part.
