Where is the best source for job listings?

There doesn't seem to be any job listings in the newspapers anymore.

1. I like careerbuilder (reliable). And if in NY then the nytimes or the state's (online) newspaper site I know you rather not the newspaper butthe one online is good.
2. Employers do not want to get 100 applications for every job. So they don't advertise. Go in person to local businesses in the industrial areas of your city. You will find a job; not a glamorous job but a job..
3. Personally, I use the local and the national newspapers papers. If you don't have money to buy those every week then go to your local library for it. The use of the internet is also very helpful for national and international job opening.
