Where can I find job listings for pilots?

I am looking for an aviation specific website that has job listings for pilots, specifically entry level. I'm doing research before I make a commitment, so far I'm coming up on empty. Is this a 'bad' profession right now or always? Is it going to pick up? Or am I not looking in the right places.
