How to know if you have been selected for a job ?

I got a job opportunity from a very good firm for IP analyst job. I cleared the first online test and the second telephonic interview, but I have not yet got any confirmation from them after my second online test which I gave almost a month back. The test was very tough, but my performance wasnt that bad in it. Please help what should I do ?

1. Why don't you contact the company via phone or e-mail and ask them the status? Tell them you are following up on a position you applied for Good Luck!
