What does this Latin phrase mean: vale et memini amor est vitae essentia?
I'm probably going to ask a lot of questions but if anyone can help me out it would help me out a lot.

- It means " Be strong/healthy and remember that love is the whole of life/ all there is to life/the essential thing in life." "Vale" means literally "be strong/healthy" and is used as a farewell only as one of its meanings. So, unless the context is clearly a valediction, I would prefer this translation.
- The phrase "amor est vitae essentia" = love is the essence of life. However "vale et memini" = goodbye and I remember. If the intention was to say "Goodbye and remember that love is the essence of life", then the grammatically correct form would be~ Vale et memento amorem esse vitae essentiam.
