Is it better to submit my Curriculum Vitae directly to a company than applying for a position online?

Public Comments

  1. Yes, and if you do not get the position, they should keep you on file.
  2. That depends. If you saw an ad online and there was an email address listed for applications, it's best to use that email address. If you're sending your resume blind (not for an advertised position), you'd do better to take it in person and try to weasle some time with a manager or HR employee.
  3. Follow the proceedures the Company wants. They arent going to change things for you
  4. YES
